About me!
I’ve been coaching CrossFit for nearly three years, and helping people improve their fitness is something I genuinely love. Through coaching, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful consistent training can be. I’ve watched people from 14 to 90 years old become stronger, faster, healthier, and more confident simply by showing up and putting in the work. Many have lost weight, improved their mental health, and discovered abilities they didn’t know they had.
I believe we owe it to God and to ourselves to take care of the bodies we’ve been given. Good nutrition and challenging workouts help us become more capable, disciplined, and resilient in every area of life.
Ideally, everyone would experience the community and coaching that comes from being part of a CrossFit gym. But I also understand the barriers. CrossFit memberships can be expensive, and classes require you to drive to a gym and schedule your day around class times. Traditional gyms can also feel intimidating if you’re new to fitness. Many people worry about being judged, don’t know how to use the equipment, or simply don’t know what workouts they should be doing to reach their goals.
That’s why I created Built Daily Club. My goal is to make structured, effective fitness accessible to anyone who’s willing to put in the work. The daily workouts are designed to build strength and endurance and can be done anywhere—at home, at the park, or in a gym.
You don’t need fancy equipment or a complicated routine. You just need consistency and the willingness to show up.
