Built Daily Club helps college students build real fitness through consistency and hard work. With simple daily workouts that can be done anywhere, the platform removes barriers and makes structured training accessible to everyone.

Daily workouts are designed for those who want effective exercise without needing a gym or expensive equipment. Each day, members receive a structured workout inspired by CrossFit-style training that builds strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Athletes can record their scores, track their progress over time, and choose whether to keep results private or share them with the community. Benchmark workouts throughout the year—like a one-mile run, Cindy, or burpee challenges—allow members to measure their improvement and see how consistent effort compounds into real results.

How to Join Built Daily Club on SugarWOD

1. Download the SugarWOD app
- iPhone: App Store
- Android: Google Play

2. Create a SugarWOD account
- Open the app and tap Sign Up.
- Enter your name, email, and create a password.

3. Find our gym
- Tap Find Gym in the app.
- Search for Built Daily Club.

4. Join with the access code
- When prompted, enter the access code: BUILTDAILY
- Tap Join.

5. Start your workouts!
- Once you’re in, you can see daily workouts.
- Track your progress and log your scores!
